* Minimum Requirements:

*** High school diploma or GED
* Valid driver's license in state of residence required
* Must be 21 years of age to operate company vehicle.
* A year of work related experience in the oil and gas industry.
* One year work related experience as a field service mechanic troubleshooting and repairing multiplex pumps and jet pump artificial lift systems.
* Working knowledge of centrifugal pumps and ability to troubleshoot and repair as needed.
* Strong mechanical skills, able to perform mechanical field maintenance work to ensure optimal availability and reliability of artificial lift equipment at oil and gas wellsite locations.
* Good oral and written communication skills, able to express thoughts clearly, both orally and in writing, using good grammar. Listens to understand input, feedback and concerns. Provides complete information in an open, honest straightforward manner. Responds promptly and positively to questions and requests.
* Good analytical and critical thinking skills. Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
Gathers and analyzes information skillfully;
Develops alternative solutions;
Works well in group problem solving situations;
Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
* Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prioritizes and plans work activities;

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Basic understanding of downhole pumps and completions.
* Working knowledge of multi-cylinder engines.
* Automation experience.

* Physical Requirements:

*** The role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
* Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
* The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
* The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle/ feel and reach with hands and arms.
* Employee is required to occasionally walk-in customer field locations which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and a variety of weather conditions.
* Employee must be able to regularly bend, stoop, crawl, lay down, twist and push.
* Employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to shoes/boots, hard hats, or respirators.
** Work Environment:
*** Work normally is executed at customer field locations in a variety of weather and temperature conditions.
* Some work is accomplished indoors and in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.
* Work may include visits to customer offices or field locations.
