Overview
Concrete Finisher / Crew Lead – Paid by the Job. We’re looking for experienced concrete finishers who can bring their own reliable crew (3–6 people) to work as a unit. You’ll handle flat work, footings, ICF foundations, concrete lifting, full pours, finishes, and cleanup on residential and commercial projects—must be obsessive about detail, fast, and hardworking.
Responsibilities- Lead a crew (3–6 workers) and run the entire job—from start to finish.
- Handle flat work, footings, ICF foundations, concrete lifting, layout, pours, finishes, cleanup, and every detail.
- No babysitting, no rework—just perfect work every time.
- Proven track record with smooth, level finishes (no excuses for wavy slabs).
- Own tools, trowels, floats, and crew transportation.
- Ability to read plans, set forms, and finish to spec.
- Ready to start immediately, paid per job—rates based on scope and speed.
- Must be able to motivate and manage crew, keep them fast, focused, and in line.
- Full responsibility: read plans, set forms, trowel, float, edge—everything.
