LOCATION: Solitude Mountain Resort

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time / Year-Round / Hourly

This position supports the care of all buildings and utilities, including alterations and installations involving electrical, plumbing, masonry, and general maintenance tasks that arise daily. This role includes both short- and long-term projects.

• Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Perform basic carpentry (rough and finish)
• Complete painting, sheetrock, and texturing tasks
• Set tile and perform stone masonry work
• Install and repair flooring (hardwood, vinyl, carpet)
• Apply basic electrical and plumbing skills
• Support landscaping and irrigation maintenance
• Maintain and repair TV systems
• Assist with basic boiler and water heater maintenance
• Perform door repairs (man doors, garage doors, and gates)
• Install and repair roofing
• Complete cement work
• Support basic refrigeration repairs

• Ability to inspect and adjust pools and hot tubs in accordance with Health Department requirements
• Experience inspecting boilers and air movers, completing repairs and/or documenting needed maintenance
