Position SummaryWe are hiring a Laborer / Equipment Operator to assist with excavation, site preparation, and utility work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, and being part of a team that values reliability and hustle.
Responsibilities- Assist with excavation and site preparation activities
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and compactors (experience preferred but not required)
- Perform manual labor including grading, trenching, pipe installation, and cleanup
- Follow project plans, grade stakes, and direction from supervisors
- Maintain equipment and ensure job sites stay clean and safe
- Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Experience in excavation, construction, or heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a bonus but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
