Installation Technician (High-End Resi Lighting & Shading)

Reporting To: Kody, Ops Manager
Compensation: $18.00 - $35.00 / hour

* You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
- Experience in construction, carpentry, or electrical
- A strong attention to detail to ensure seamless system installations
- Ability to: climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools, lift 50 lbs.
- A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
- Driving:
Valid License w/ Clean record

- Wire, Install, program, and test automated shading and lighting systems
- Ensure all components are securely mounted, aligned, and fully functional
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with shading and lighting systems.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, installations, and service work
- Communicate effectively with project managers, builders, and other trades on job sites
- AV Installation (Resi & Commercial)
- Security Installation
- Low-Voltage Cable Pulling
- Manages Services (MSP) w/ Hands-On Experience
- $18 - $35/hr - Yup!
