CRH - - Responsibilities:
Operate asphalt roller safely and efficiently following paving patterns to achieve proper depths;
Understand preparatory work, grades, drainage, paving patterns, aggregate size, and compaction requirements;
Perform minor servicing and maintenance on equipment or refer major problems to the supervisor;
Participate in daily toolbox meetings and review safety and production goals;
Identify overhead hazards and communicate them to crew and drivers
