Responsibilities

1. Jobsite Management- Ensuring that the jobsite runs smoothly in the owner's absence, with all tasks progressing according to schedule.
- Identifying and implementing effective solutions to jobsite challenges independently.
- Efficiently managing project timelines, including the scheduling of tasks and delivery of materials.
- Continuously expanding personal skills and knowledge to improve jobsite performance.
- Have driver's license and arrive to jobsite on time.
- Knowledge of how to read a tape measure.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Have a basic knowledge of carpentry math.
- Have your own tool belt stocked with basic tools.
