Jerry Seiner GMC North Salt Lake is looking for an experienced Used Vehicle Technician to join our growing service team. As a Used Vehicle Technician, you'll inspect, diagnose, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet Jerry Seiner's high standards before reaching our customers. Every vehicle is different, creating a fast-paced environment that keeps your work challenging and rewarding.

$25 - $35 per Flat Rate Hour. Pay is based on experience, certifications, productivity, and performance.

• Perform comprehensive inspections on incoming used vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and drivability concerns.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and reconditioning services.
• Document inspections and repair recommendations accurately.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Used Vehicle Management to prioritize vehicle readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership quality standards.

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• GM experience is preferred but not required.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity goals.
• Own professional automotive tools.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
