HVAC Technician

Sodexo, a global leader in integrated facilities management services, is seeking a seasoned Senior HVAC Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance department. This role is crucial for ensuring the operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems across our managed properties, enhancing the comfort and well-being of our clients and their environments. Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and correct system malfunctions for a variety of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with facility managers to discuss system enhancements and efficiency improvements.
• Manage and document routine service schedules.
• Respond to emergency situations for HVAC system troubleshooting and repairs.
