Painter

We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable Residential Painters to join our growing crew in the Bear Lake Valley. Our projects range from high-end lakeside cabins and new custom home builds to interior/exterior refreshes and deck staining. If you take pride in sharp lines, clean setups, and high-quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

• Surface Preparation:
  Power washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, and patching drywall/wood surfaces.
• Masking & Protection:
  Taping off trim, covering floors/furniture, and protecting client property thoroughly.
• Application:
  Applying paint, stains, and protective coatings professionally using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers.
• Job Site Maintenance:
  Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and executing thorough end-of-day cleanups.

• Prior experience in residential painting or finishing preferred (will train individuals with the right work ethic).
• Strong proficiency with brushes, rollers, masking techniques, and basic ladder safety.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to travel between job sites in the Bear Lake area.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and climb for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to showing up on time.
