Journeyman Electrician

Location: Leamington, Utah

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team for work in Leamington, Utah. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and job-site compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Electrician (JM) License required.
• Current MSHA training documentation (Form 5000-23) required, or the ability to complete applicable MSHA training before beginning work.
• Ability to comply with all applicable MSHA safety and site-specific training requirements.
• Proven experience performing electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and plans.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safe work practices, and job-site safety requirements.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial/mining-related environment.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to report to the Leamington, Utah job site as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.
• Install and terminate electrical wiring, conduit, panels, controls, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and schematics.
• Perform electrical work in accordance with applicable codes, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Follow all site-specific safety procedures and applicable MSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work effectively with other electricians, trades, supervisors, and site personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in mining, aggregate, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy-construction environments.
• Experience working on electrical equipment and systems in a mining or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with MSHA-regulated work environments and site-specific safety requirements.
