Location: Erda
Utah Youth Village's Alpine Academy seeks Overnight Awake Residential Support Staff to help ensure the safety of teens in a therapeutic campus setting in Tooele Valley. The role requires night coverage roughly from 10:30pm to 6:30am, with camera monitoring, incident response, and thorough shift documentation.
Candidates must be 21+, able to pass a background check, stay awake during the shift, and connect with youth in a friendly, non-threatening manner.
