AI Engineers

Location: Manila

What You Will DoBuild, deploy, and iterate on AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, LLM APIs, and related AI tooling

Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines that connect AI agents to the knowledge base Integrate AI agents with CRM and support platforms including Salesforce, Zendesk, and AWS Connect Debug AI behavior, diagnose hallucinations, retrieval failures, incorrect escalations, and poor resolution rates

Collaborate with the AI Support Architect to implement orchestration and agent behavior designs

Work with Knowledge Engineers to test that AI retrieves the right knowledge for specific customer queries

Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to AI system documentation

Participate in evaluation cycles: running test cases, measuring AI accuracy, and flagging regressions

Stay current with LLM developments, new AI tooling, and emerging best practices for AI in customer support

What We Are Looking For Required Experience & Qualifications3+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1–2 years working on AI or ML systems

Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) and prompt engineering

Experience implementing RAG architectures using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for AI system development

Experience with API integrations in complex, multi-system environments

Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or AWS Connect is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

LLM integration: building production-grade AI pipelines using LLM APIs and prompt engineering

RAG systems: designing and implementing retrieval-augmented generation with vector databases

Python / Node.js: writing clean, testable code for AI agents and integrations

API and system integration: connecting AI agents to CRM, support, and communication platforms

Debugging: diagnosing and resolving AI behavior failures across retrieval, reasoning, and response quality

Collaboration:

working closely with AI architects, knowledge engineers, and platform teams
