Work setup:
We operate in a hybrid work environment, encouraging applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week.

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours.

Makati City, Metro Manila.

Pay range:
Php 45,000 to 61,000.

• Develop and deliver effective Management Information visualisations and data analysis to support robust operational delivery and enable effective decision making for Education Operations.
• Develop and deliver low or no‑cost Process Improvement solutions through utilisation of automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint and other M365 applications for Operations and the wider organisation.
• Manage the provision of data and actionable intelligence in response to serious issues and incidents and coordinate data reporting and analysis to meet regulatory stakeholder demands.
• Champion and drive data best practice and stronger engagement with AI, data and automation opportunities.

• 2–3 years' hands‑on experience using Power BI, including building dashboards, reports and data models that deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Proven experience extracting, transforming and analysing data using SQL with strong understanding of querying, joins and data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and ability to gather and interpret complex requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to communicate insights and influence decision‑making.

• Desirable:
  Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to Python (pandas or PySpark) for data analysis or transformation.
• Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Excel, with experience delivering reporting or automation solutions.
• Familiarity with operational data and reporting across UK and/or international environments.
