Reporting to: IT Software Lead

Is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications. This role involves working on complex software projects, leading development efforts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Lead the design and architecture of large-scale web and mobile systems, emphasizing scalability, performance, and security
• Develop, enhance, and maintain top-quality web and mobile applications, leveraging advanced coding practices and design patterns
• Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor team members, and advocate for code quality and maintainability best practices
• Focus on optimizing application performance for speed, efficiency, and scalability while implementing advanced security measures and leading security audits
• Provide technical leadership, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, maintain comprehensive technical documentation, resolve complex technical issues, participate in testing phases, stay updated on emerging technologies, and manage and lead development projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related course
• At least five years related work experience
• Experience in web and mobile application development, including both front-end and back-end development.
• Knowledge of mobile app development for iOS and Android.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, No
  
  SQL).
• Familiarity with API design and RESTful principles.
• Understanding of Dev Ops practices and tools.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross functional teams to understand business requirements, translate into functional specifications and develop a right fit solution.
• Ability to stay current with emerging web and mobile technologies and industry best practices.
• Preferably with people management experience
