• Design and implementation of web applications that will serve clients’ needs.
• Use PHP/MySQL for developing web applications.
• Manage complex databases including internal resources.
• Optimize existing application code and database design.
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance of MySQL databases and web script files.
• Provide daily and weekly work updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain and create modules according to the Project Manager and client specifications.
• Coordinate and assist the web team with any and all modifications or additions to existing and new projects.

• Minimum one bachelor’s/college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Strong design sense including color, layout, and creative skills; ability to generate design ideas.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Basic Action Script, web design and developing graphical user interfaces, ad banners, newsletters.
• Knowledge of current authoring languages, editing and authoring tools, and related website technologies.
• Solid understanding of client-side, web-based, internet, and intranet technologies.
• Familiarity with latest internet trends and technologies.
• Good English communication skills, both written and oral; required language skills:
  English, Filipino.
• Team player; able to work independently and effectively; highly self-motivated.
• Organized, systematic, flexible and responsible.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing.
• Applicants must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City, Novaliches area (Mindanao Avenue, Quirino Highway) and be able to start immediately.
• Preferred:
  Fresh graduate / entry-level applicants; female candidates encouraged; current college or university students with internship requirement; third or fourth year college students in IT/CS or related courses.
• Experience in web application design and development, including designing and implementing web applications, developing scripts, maintaining modules, coordinating with teams.
• Lead implementation of interactive marketing strategies and understanding Voice-of-Customer.
• Willingness to become a candidate for a full-time post.
