Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site CDL A Truck Driver – Crude Hauler role based in Roosevelt, UT. The driver will safely operate commercial vehicles to haul crude oil from well sites and tank batteries to designated terminals or delivery points, following all company, federal, state, and local regulations. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, monitoring and documenting product volumes, and ensuring proper loading and unloading using pumps, hoses, and related equipment.

The role requires accurate and timely completion of logs, tickets, and electronic records, along with clear communication with dispatch, field staff, and terminal personnel. The driver will actively follow all safety protocols, participate in ongoing training, and report any equipment issues, spills, or incidents immediately.

Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL

    A) with a clean driving record and current DOT medical certification.
  • Experience in crude oil or liquid bulk hauling, including safe operation of tankers and familiarity with pumps, hoses, and related loading/unloading equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and HAZMAT regulations, hours‑of‑service rules, and general oilfield or energy‑industry safety practices.
  • Ability to perform thorough vehicle inspections, complete accurate trip and load documentation, and use electronic logging devices or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, situational awareness on the road and at sites, and adherence to company and site‑specific safety standards.
  • Capability to work in varying weather and field conditions, including climbing, lifting hoses, and standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills, reliability in following schedules, and professionalism when interacting with customers, field staff, and dispatch.
