Full-Time Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $17–$19/hr DOE + Full benefits
Screenplay Shirts is looking for an exceptional person to join our Shipping & Receiving team long term.
This is not just a warehouse position. This role is a critical part of our operation and requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, customer-friendly, and comfortable using computers and software systems throughout the day.
The right person for this role helps ensure products are received correctly, entered accurately into our system, organized for production, and shipped out on time without mistakes. Small details matter here.

Responsibilities:Receive and verify incoming apparel and products
Accurately enter inventory and shipment information into company software
Organize products for production teams
Prepare outgoing shipments correctly and efficiently
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members
Help resolve shipping or receiving issues quickly and professionally
Maintain an organized and efficient receiving/shipping area
Assist with inventory organization and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Looking for long-term employment (years, not months)
Forklift experience is a plus
Shipping/warehouse/inventory experience preferred
Experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus
Must be able to speak and write English clearly
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation
Clean background check
Clean drug test
