Night Shift Supervisor & Night Shift Worker
Location: Vineyard
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
AboutThe Role s
Night Shift Supervisor – oversees the night-shift employee and ensures smooth shift operations.
Responsibilities- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment
- Ensure items are placed accurately and safely
- Support shift operations and follow established procedures
- Communicate with team members and leadership as needed
- Provide direction, oversight, and support to the night-shift worker
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (fluency not required)
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work the full scheduled shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule
- Stable work environment
- Opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibilities
