Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help members with their purchases, and keep carts ready and available. You assist members loading their vehicles and support a great member experience.

This requires constant movement, rain or shine.

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot and assist with cart availability.
• Help members with loading vehicles and other member requests.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members.
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
