Engineering Manager

Direct and coordinate site-specific Engineering resources to achieve optimal efficiency, safety, and performance. Ensure disciplined delivery of engineering initiatives through leadership, collaboration, and communication.

  • Translate strategies into actionable engineering plans.
  • Establish execution rhythms, track milestones, and manage risks.
  • Allocate resources to support operational and business priorities.
• Engineering Operations & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Establish standards for equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Develop capacity plans and plant layouts for growth.
  • Oversee the Engineering Change System.
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with various functions to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Represent Engineering in meetings to support business objectives.
  • Communicate priorities, plans, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Engineering resources.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain engineering talent.
  • Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions.

• Comply with employee handbook and policies.
• Complete pre-employment screening.
• Preferred experience with Plex, Solid Works, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience or 10+ years of related experience.
• Preferred experience in metal forming, machining, and automation.
• Proven technical team leadership and management experience.
