Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to support our growing organization. This role is responsible for managing provider credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment for multiple business units, ensuring timely onboarding, accurate payer setup, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Credentialing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting uninterrupted clinical operations. Responsibilities- Manages provider credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment from start to finish
- Maintains accurate provider records, including CAQH, licensure, certifications, malpractice, and privileges
- Tracks credentialing and licensure expirations to ensure continuous compliance
- Coordinates initial and renewal privileges for internal ASCs and affiliated facilities
- Communicates credentialing status clearly with providers, payers, and internal team
- Ensures timely submission of complete and accurate documentation
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare administration
- Strong knowledge of credentialing standards and payer enrollment processes
- Detail‑oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with credentialing systems or databases preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must successfully pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
