Job Description of the Human Resources/Office Manager:
As an HR/Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing human resources, running day-to-day office operations, and handling key logistics and financial tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR and office management, with hands-on experience in shipping logistics, Quick Books Online, customer portals, and accounting.

Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources/Office Manager:

• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and employee concerns
• Maintain employee records in compliance with company policy and legal regulations
• Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll processing
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, equipment, and maintenance
• Book trucks, coordinate with logistics partners, and track shipments and deliveries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable in Quick Books; process invoices and track expenses
• Manage customer portals and respond to customer inquiries with sales and customer service

Qualifications of the Human Resources/Office Manager:

• Proven experience in HR, office management, and logistics in manufacturing or a similar industry
• Proficiency in Quick Books (online) and related financial software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with CNC machining processes - HIGHLY DESIRED, but not required
