• High school diploma (or GED)
• Adequate math skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or specialty cleaning experience
• Certifications from IICRC preferred (CCT, WRT, AMRT, ASD, MRS, FSRT)

• Perform carpet & floor cleaning and restoration services
• Complete documentation and authorizations
• Communicate with customers
• Maintain basic equipment and vehicle maintenance
• Inspect completed work and daily logs
• Maintain appearance, stock, inventory of supplies
• Learn new equipment and technology
