Job Description
Job Title: Operator - Injection Molding
Department: Manufacturing
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Revision Date: 5/5/25
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Primary
Purpose:
Operates an injection molding machine by assembling, inspecting and packing parts that meet or exceed our customer's expectations.
- Operates injection molding machine per work instructions.
- Inspect parts per quality instructions.
- Packs parts per packing instructions.
- Assembles parts per assembly instructions.
- Completes necessary production paperwork.
- Cleans assigned work area and surrounding area.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to communicate verbally, visually and in writing.
Physical Requirements: standing, bending, lifting to 30 lbs., kneeling
