Machine Operators - 3rd Shift

MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH & COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A PRODUCTION SETTING. ONLY THOSE WITH GOOD WORK HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONTACTED.

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team for the Night shift (9:45pm to 6:15am starting Monday nights thru Friday nights). Set rate at $15.75/hr ($15.00/hr plus 5% shift premium)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in operating machinery within a factory setting. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of various machines.

• Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and follow document manufacturing instructions and data sheets.
• Trim off excess material after molding process.
• Inspect products for surface defects and flaws.
• Ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a safe & clean workspace.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations.
• Must be able to accurately read directions/diagrams.
• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour work shift.
• Accurately complete production reports and paperwork.

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a factory setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and materials handling techniques.
• Ability to work with various hand tools
• A commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance in all aspects of work.

Manufacturing Facility located near 23 mile road and Hayes
