Job Schedule

Training: 3 to 6 months, 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon – Thu, Fri & Sat as needed.

After training: 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM, Mon – Thu, Fri & Sat as needed.

The Header and/or Roller Trainee is an entry‑level position for candidates who are inclined to learn and become qualified Cold Header or Thread Roller Operators. Experienced operators are in high demand and key to our business. The training program is set up similar to an apprenticeship program with classroom activities and hands‑on training and mentoring by highly experienced trainers and operators.

Prior experience is not necessary. Only applicants with a desire to learn, grow, and succeed need apply.

• Commit to daily perfect attendance during the training program.
• Participate fully in the training program.
• Learn to use appropriate tools including measurement tools.
• Learn to operate and set up equipment.
• Learn to read and understand blueprints and job specifications.
• Learn to check parts for surface discontinuities.
• Learn to weld wire.
• Participate in 5S housekeeping.

• Mechanically inclined.
• Able to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Able to commit to perfect attendance during the training schedule.
• Able to read job instructions.
• Able to complete required paperwork.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift, and sit as needed throughout the day.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Able to successfully complete the pre‑employment requirements.

• Able to pass a pre‑employment, post‑offer physical, drug screen.
• Able to pass a background check.

Salary: $20 per hour.
