Why This Role Matters

Every weld you place and every fit‑up you complete contributes to safety and performance in the air. You’ll team up with engineers, uphold strict specifications, and keep our production area safe and organized while building your expertise through continuous training.

What You’ll Do
  • Translate technical drawings and specs into accurate part layouts and assemblies.
  • Perform fitting and welding on aluminum and stainless steel to aerospace standards.
  • Use MIG, TIG, and stick welding to produce consistent, high‑strength joints.
  • Inspect finished work against specifications; make necessary corrections.
  • Partner with engineers and peers to troubleshoot fabrication challenges.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workstation.
  • Pursue ongoing development in aerospace welding techniques.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding/fabrication certification preferred.
  • Experience as a fitter/welder, preferably in aerospace.
  • Knowledge of welding methods and aerospace‑grade materials.
  • Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills.
  • Attention to detail with a quality‑first mindset.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and collaborate effectively.
