Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Senior CNC Programmer for a defense manufacturing client in Michigan. The role focuses on developing and optimizing machining processes for advanced transmission components used in tracked military vehicles.
You will program and support 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers and mill-turn equipment, improve cycle times, tool life, and overall equipment effectiveness, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams on shop-floor improvements.
