- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling machines independently (3-axis or 5-axis)
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to meet precise specifications
- Input offsets, edit programs, and make adjustments at the machine controller as needed
- Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to verify part dimensions in-process
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and basic preventive maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- 3+ years of CNC milling or 3-axis or 5-axis machining experience
- Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances
- Strong shop math skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Fanuc, Fidia C20, Siemens, Haas, or similar CNC controls
- CNC programming knowledge (G-code, M-code)
