MNP is seeking an Annealing Furnace Operator to manage the annealing process, ensuring safe operation, correct temperatures, and proper cooling rates. You will join a small team, be self-motivated, and contribute to a stable production flow.
Training will occur on dayshift, then transition to a 12-hour PM swing shift with weekly rotation. Prior furnace experience and strong reliability are essential for success.
