- Execute builds per customer prints, specifications, and quality requirements
- Establish and coordinate reference points and tooling holes using straightedges and precision measuring equipment
- Perform repairs and rework on existing tools as needed
- Prepare fabrication sketches as required
- Operate machine tools including lathes, Bridgeport mills, and grinders as needed
- 5+ years of experience in precision jig/fixture building
- Blueprint reading skills including GD&T and 3D CAD model interpretation
- Proficiency with precision measurement and hand metrology tools
- Experience with manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders) preferred
- Solid math and communication skills
