Job Opportunity: ASC Registered Nurse (PACU) – Michigan Surgical

Location:

Utica, MI (11051 Hall Road) – Utica Office Only (No Travel Required)

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Hours:

Shifts start between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM and end between 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Working 8.5 to 9-hour days, totaling 40–42 hours per week) Work-Life Balance:
No Nights, No Weekends

About the Role

Michigan Surgical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Registered Nurse for our PACU/Pre-Op department. This position is located entirely at our Utica office, operating within a high-energy, fast-paced surgery center that specializes in performing advanced urological procedures.

As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will handle the assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination of care during the critical pre- and post-operative phases. You will ensure a safe, high-quality recovery environment in accordance with post-anesthesia standards of care.

Position Requirements
  • Education:

    Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN is preferred.
  • Licensure/

    Certifications:

    Active RN license in the state of Michigan. BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
  • Experience:

    2 years of pre-operative/post-anesthesia experience preferred; background or familiarity with urological procedures is a plus.
  • Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication, proficiency with healthcare systems (EMR), and a commitment to exceptional patient service and strict HIPAA compliance.
