Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant in the back‑of‑house. Assist with food preparation and production as required. Observes and maintains all food safety and sanitation standards.

• Observes and maintains all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of entire back‑of‑house including: ware washing, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning and overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Responsible for cleanliness of dumpster and grease disposal areas as well as cleaning of walls, counters and trash cans.
• Maintain clean parking lot areas, sidewalks and surrounding grounds as needed.
• Responsible for assisting with food preparation and production including:
  Perfect Olga Bread, Starters and Sides, Soups, Hand‑Tossed Salads and Desserts.
• Assist Kitchen TEAM Members as needed, & Servers with special guest orders.
• Maintains an impeccably clean uniform and professional appearance.
• Utilize TEAMwork at every opportunity.
• Observe the rules of “10/4” and “guest right‑of‑way.”
• Maintains composure under pressure, approaches situations with a positive attitude.
• Complete all duties as assigned.
• Assures that we Delight Our Guests.
