Position Summary
As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What You'll Do- Team Member - Collaborates with cross‑functional teams, helps educate others on tools, tasks, and resources, communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service, remains flexible to business needs, maintains in‑stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
- Expert - Plans bakery production ensuring consistency and quality of decorative designs, follows recipe measurements, works with a variety of products, creates decorative elements on bakery items, adheres to food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment.
- Techie - Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality decisions.
- Owner - Drives bakery area performance, ensures quality and date‑control standards, eliminates waste, prepares for seasonal volume events, identifies member needs, assists with purchasing decisions, and resolves member issues.
- Talent Ambassador - Acts as a brand advocate, models high‑quality service and products, interacts with associates to identify roadblocks, and assists in training, influencing, and inspiring a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented work style.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implements action plans through the Open Door Policy.
- Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and improvement opportunities; adapts to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*.
- The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications- 6 months’ experience in a fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period after receiving the position.
- Cake decorating skills.
