Greet teammates and athletes and proactively approach customers to understand needs and provide helpful product knowledge and customer service;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards;
Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment;
Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and comply with applicable laws and guidelines;
Create an inclusive store environment where everyone is welcome, safe, and treated with respect; support the team across the store
