• Connect with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Explain insurance products and coverage options clearly and concisely.
• Develop tailored insurance proposals that align with client requirements.
• Process new applications and manage policy changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

• Michigan Property & Casualty License (required).
• Must be able to commute to office on a weekly basis.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help people find the right solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology for client management and communication.
