Summary of Position: Sales Representatives own the entire client journey—prospecting, marketing, estimating, and light project management. They guide homeowners through a complex restoration process with confidence, clarity, and care while adhering to a defined sales process and CRM standards.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Professional representation:
    Arrive prepared, on time, and in proper attire; follow all company safety and conduct standards.
  • Sales process execution:
    Conduct appointments using the established sales methodology; set expectations and next steps.
  • Scoping & documentation:
    Capture thorough site photos and details using company templates; define clear scopes in proposals/contracts.
  • Proposals & contracts:
    Deliver timely, accurate proposals; ensure contracts clearly reflect scope, pricing, and terms.
  • Activity logging:
    Submit appointment outcomes immediately via the results template; record notes, tasks, and next steps in CRM.
  • Pipeline management:
    Actively manage assigned opportunities through close; follow up consistently until a decision is reached.
  • Handoffs & admin:
    Turn in signed contracts the next business day; coordinate clean handoffs to production as needed.
  • Team cadence:
    Attend and contribute to daily sales meetings; share insights and lessons learned.
  • Demand generation:
    Proactively self-generate leads through grassroots/partner/referral tactics.

Qualification and Education Requirements
  • High School diploma or higher required.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • 5 years sales experience preferred (training provided).
  • Background as a licensed insurance or public adjuster is a plus.
  • Knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, insulation, and concrete preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills; numeric accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and company tools (iPhone/iPad, One Click, Company Cam, CRM etc.).
  • Customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented; strong follow-up and time management.
Physical Demands
  • Frequent standing, walking, and ladder use; occasional roof access with proper fall protection.
  • Occasional lifting/moving of materials and equipment up to ~30–50 lbs.
  • Field work in varied weather (heat, cold, rain, wind); typical job-site conditions (dust/noise).
  • Ability to walk long distances during canvassing/site visits.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
  • This is a full-time position. Work days are Monday through Saturday.
  • Extra hours to be worked when required.
  • Commission can range from $100,000 to $300,000 per year plus
  • Requirement to grow overall sales year over year.
  • Eligibility for company vehicle or allowance upon sales rep proving to be an asset ($1,500,000 rider) with clean business.
