Job Overview
Job Type: Field Service Representative (Retail Display Installer – Technology)
Location:
Market - SS - MI - N. Detroit
Schedule:
Monday–Friday (Weekends not required; occasional early‑morning or holiday work may be requested)
Travel:
Up to 90 miles from home per assignment, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement
- $19.00 per hour
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay

- Flexible/self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability
- Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period
- Respond within 24 hours to all field service management communications and keep availability updated
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures; perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs
- Follow plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives, including updates and break‑fix repairs
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people), providing solution feedback
- Manage virtual software, ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines
- Assist team members as needed, contributing to overall success
- Submit accurate timecards, report anomalies daily with needed corrections
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training/certification programs
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt
- Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience preferred but not mandatory
- Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication
- Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead
- Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads, and app usage
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data upload; navigate communication platforms independently
- Effective time‑management, reporting, and decision‑making skills; work autonomously and collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment
- Flexible availability Monday‑Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period
