We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to represent the organization with warmth in Utica, New York. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression while keeping front office operations organized and efficient. The person in this role will assist visitors, manage incoming communications, and provide administrative support across teams as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors promptly, provide helpful direction, and ensure each guest receives a courteous and attentive experience.
• Manage front desk activity by answering and routing incoming calls through a multi-line phone system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process cash and credit card payments while maintaining careful attention to transaction accuracy and basic recordkeeping.
• Coordinate day-to-day reception coverage to keep the lobby and front office running smoothly throughout the workday.
• Respond to general inquiries from guests, callers, and staff in a clear, service-oriented manner.
• Provide clerical assistance to other departments during periods when front desk support is not actively required, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
