Store Operations Associate

As a New York Store Operations Associate at Cube Smart, you'll support day to day operations at a self storage facility, delivering friendly, solutions focused service to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, processing rentals and payments, explaining unit options, and maintaining accurate records. You'll help keep the property clean, secure, and organized, support basic sales activities, and follow company policies.

Working in a collaborative, performance driven culture, you'll receive training and opportunities to grow in operations, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with storage needs and questions
• Process rentals, reservations, and payments accurately
• Explain unit sizes, features, and pricing to customers
• Maintain organized, accurate customer and facility records
• Support sales efforts through upselling and promotions
• Monitor property condition and assist with basic facility upkeep
• Follow security, safety, and access procedures for the site
• Respond to phone, email, and in person inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with team members to meet location goals
