The Utica City School District is in need of a coach for 8th and 9th Grade Boys Basketball. Level: Varsity. Season:
Winter.

N.Y.S. Certification as a Teacher AND:

• First Aid

• Concussion Management Course:
• CDC HEADS UP
• NFHS Concussion in Sports
• Coaching Coursework

OR

NYS Certified Coach: (Must apply for the certification through TEACH)

• School Violence workshop
• DASA Training
• Fingerprint clearance
• Coaching Coursework

Salary:
As per U.T.A. Contract Extracurricular Pay Scale 2026-27. Pay is determined by the Schedule for Extracurricular Indicies per the UTA contract and the Step/Years of experience coaching and ranges from $471 to $13,475.
