Lead Teller

Key Bank - 1125 Mohawk Street - Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling and coaching tellers to enhance efficiency and service quality;
Deliver exceptional client service and resolve complex client servicing issues as a primary troubleshooter;
Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to bankers for deeper advisory conversations;
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls and maintain accurate cash handling and balancing of drawers;
Assist in onboarding and training new tellers and participate in daily huddles and end-of-day debriefs
