Project Finance & Tax Equity Associate or Senior Associate

Overview

• Associate/Senior Associate role in a Tax Credits and Projects practice.

• Minimum of 4 years of post-JD experience (JD class of 2022 or earlier) is required.
• Significant transactional experience is necessary, specifically in either debt project finance (including credit agreements, collateral documents, and intercreditor arrangements) or tax equity financings (including tax credit sales and ITC/PTC structures for renewable or clean energy infrastructure).
• Experience conducting due diligence on offtake, EPC, supply, and O&M contracts is also required.
• Exposure to tax credit transferability, infrastructure, LNG, data centers, or private credit is beneficial.
• The role involves a robust deal pipeline focused on the energy transition, including sophisticated multi-tranche financings that combine debt, tax equity, and tax credit transfer components.
• Opportunities are available for direct partner mentorship and early client contact, including business development.
• Annual base salary starts at $310,000+, with final compensation dependent on year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level.
