CTICU AUGUST START DATE Cardiothoracic ICU Post-op fresh heart experience - must be able to take the patient from the OR, CRRT, Impella, and IAPB. FRESH HEART EXP IS REQUIRED Submission Requirements: 75 MILE RADIUS RULE - TRAVEL WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles) Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience.

2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN References Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp
