1. Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ED with some PEDS experience. Also, documenting travel experience.
2. 2 recent ED Charge/Manager RN References
3. Skills Checklist matching specialty.
4. Drivers licenses with address.
5. Current AHA ACLS , BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
6. Active NY State License.
7. EMR Exp

Charge Capability: HIGHLY PREFERRED
Floating Required: Yes

Unit Specifics: Common patient diagnosis:
Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Resp Failure Specialty Equipment:
Rapid Infusor, Arctic Sun Patients:
Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatric
Number of Beds in the Unit: 64 beds , 2 Triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 Trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych
