The Real Life Rosies™ program is New York's first direct-entry program for women in advanced manufacturing. The program focuses on training women on a variety of skills that will help them grow professionally and offer opportunities for continuous development. Manufacturing offers a wide range of opportunities in a variety of processes, including safety, CNC machining, hand tool usage, robotics, and lean manufacturing.
