Twisting​/Winding Operator-Night Shift

Job Title

* Sundays - Thursdays 8pm - 6am
* Paid Meal Break
* Rate of Pay + $2 shift differential per hour

• Ensures continuous operation of twisters by changing bobbins and replenishing raw material supply.
• Reprogram twisters for different materials and perform first-piece inspections.
• Transfer full bobbins to winding area, set up winder with correct recipe and perform winding operation.
• Accurately weigh and segregate materials.
• Transport full containers of finished yarns to inventory control to be received
• Trained to assist with warping operations, including with creeling.
• Accurately enter job specific information into computer system.
• Follows all safety rules and maintains a neat and organized work environment.

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Proficient in using all applicable measuring devices.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong team player.
• Attention to detail.
• This position is deemed a safety sensitive position always requiring alertness.
• Able to read, write and fluently communicate in English
