** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16 per hour*
* ** Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm*

** What's a typical day as Assembly Specialist? You'll be:*
* + Performing assembly and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions

+ Supporting manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing

+ Coordinating with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity

+ Complying with all health, safety, and environmental protection programs

+ Identifying and resolving recurring issues within your work area

+ Exchanging job-related information with supervisors and co-workers

+ Assisting and providing guidance to new team members

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Possess less than one year of related manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred, not required)

+  
** Demonstrate reliability, strong attention to detail, and commitment to attendance*
* + Can follow detailed instructions, rules, and established processes

+ Are comfortable working under close supervision in a structured environment

+ Are able to meet the physical demands of the job (reasonable accommodations available)
