The Opportunity

As a Shipping Team Member, you'll play an important role in making sure our finished products are accurately prepared, documented, and shipped to customers on time.

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
  • $20/hour starting pay
  • Consistent 4-day workweek

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, package, and label customer orders according to shipping instructions.
  • Verify shipment quantities, weights, and dimensions against job travelers.
  • Assemble cardboard shipping containers and prepare products for shipment.
  • Coordinate daily shipments with Production Supervisors.
  • Contact freight carriers to schedule pickups.
  • Safely load trucks for shipment.
  • Assist with Bills of Lading and Packing Slips.
  • Enter job-specific information accurately into our computer system.
  • Monitor and maintain shipping material inventory.
  • Assist with warehouse cycle counts.
  • Keep the shipping and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all applicable safety, quality, HR policies, procedures, and work instructions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and committed to accuracy.

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and focus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain alert and safety-conscious throughout the workday.

Preferred:

  • Previous shipping or warehouse experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation, freight carriers, or inventory processes.
